Leonardo"s Notebook by Mattheus Mei

I have been impressed with the urgency of doing. Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Being willing is not enough; we must do.

Warm Feta Pesto dip

Actually the dip looks only similar to the htipiti, a Greek feta cheese dip, from Closet Cooking.
What's needed?
A small block and a half of Cream Cheese,
a block of feta cheese (crumbled).
Add a handful of sun dried tomatoes,
5 tablespoons of pesto (I made mine home made!),
3 pinches of paprika.
Blend in a food processor. Drizzle in Olive oil and Balsamic vinegar as needed to make the mixture smooth. Once done poor into a slow cooker or into a deep baking dish and cook on 350 to desired warmth (I suggest the slow cooker for a few hours).
Toast some pita and serve!
It's delicious!!!!
