Well, it's unlikely that I'll beat this bug for Wednesday's Ash Wednesdays Observance. Someone told me that if you're sick you've got a dispensation from the fast. Granted, considering this is probably flu - it's not like I'd be eating much but still my body will need something to cope with my body's attempt to heal itself.
And so it begs me to ask the question - can I eat something this Ash Wednesday?
