While efforts in California to keep Gay Marriage a reality begin to faulter from it's summer inevitability because of fundraising and misinformation - the Connecticut Supreme Court has ruled that Civil Unions are not the same as Civil Marriage and has thusly opened the doors for gay couples to wed there. For the time being Connecticut is now the third state in this Union to allow such marriages.
