I'm sure Spartanburg County is soooo proud of Representative Joey Millwood for this one,




and the entire litany of interesting things he's tweeted all day today. I wonder if the Herald-Journal or Greenville News even bothers to care about such indignant rantings - the sad reality is they probably do, and yet hold him to no account congratulations people of Spartanburg.
